1. General

1.1. These terms cover the access and use of mobile applications and/or websites of rentyourhousetoday.com (the "Terms"). Each user must carefully read and accept the Terms before accessing and using our mobile applications and/or websites.

1.2. These Terms apply unless they conflict with any user and supplementary terms that specifically apply in our mobile applications and/or websites. Each of those terms will be separately accepted.

2. App(s)/Website(s) Services

2.1. Users will receive access to use mobile applications and/or websites that allow them to request and receive Third-Party Services and/or provided Services.

3. Third-Party Services

3.1. For Third-Party Services, we act as a public agent between providers and the user, allowing them to provide Third-Party Services.

4. Using App/Sites Services

4.1. The app(s) and/or site(s) can be downloaded or accessed from most modern mobile devices with an Internet connection and popular operating systems like Android or iOS.

4.2. To use the App(s)/Site(s) Services, each user must register through our mobile application and/or websites to prepare your account. At the time of registration, the user must be eighteen (18) years old or legally of age for the country from which the user is registering.

5. User Obligations

5.1. When using the App(s)/Site(s) Services, you must comply with applicable laws. You should only use the App(s)/Site(s) Services for legal purposes and for the purpose for which they were created, as clarified in these Terms.

5.2. You must provide complete and accurate information when registering an account and when using the App(s)/Site(s) Services.

6. Charges and Payment

6.1. No charges will be made for using the App(s)/Site(s) Services. However, we reserve the right to introduce usage charges, in which case the user will be informed in writing and will have the opportunity to terminate these Terms before any charges are introduced.

6.2. If a request is made through the App(s) and/or Site(s), you agree to pay the specified charges as described in the App(s) and/or Site(s), and you will be responsible for any charges or taxes related to your account, as mentioned above.

7. Cancellation

7.1. In some cases, the user does not have the right to cancel the request for Third-Party Services and provided Services once they have been accepted.

8. Licenses

Subject to compliance with these Terms, we grant the user a personal, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and non-sublicensable license to install and/or use mobile applications and/or websites on their device solely for their use and to access and use the information available through mobile applications and/or websites.

9. Intellectual Property

You cannot, and the user cannot allow any other party to: (a) license, sublicense, copy, modify, distribute, create, sell, resell, transfer, or lease any part of mobile applications and/or websites; (b) reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of mobile applications and/or websites, except as permitted by law; (c) launch or have launched programs or scripts in order to scrape, index, survey, or otherwise extract data; (e) create or register any (i) company, (ii) URL, (iii) domain names, (iv) names or titles of software applications, or (v) identifiers or social media profiles; (f) use Names, Brands, or Works as a profile picture or wallpaper for your social networks; (g) purchase keywords (including, among others, Google AdWords) that contain names, brands, or works; or (h) apply to register, refer, use, copy, and/or claim ownership of Names, Brands, or Works, or in any name, brand, title, or work that is confusingly or substantially similar, in any way and for any purpose, alone or in combination with other letters, punctuation marks, words, symbols, designs, and/or any creative work, except as permitted in the limited license granted above.

10. Liability and Indemnification

10.1. Each user is responsible for any damage that we suffer as a result of the violation of these Terms, misuse of the App(s)/Site(s) Services, or violation of any law or rights of third parties.

10.2. To access the App(s)/Site(s) Services, the user agrees to indemnify, defend (at our option), and hold us and our respective officers, directors, and employees harmless from and against all claims, liabilities, expenses, damages, sanctions, fines, social security contributions, and taxes that arise or are related to the breach of these Terms, the breach of applicable law, or claims by third parties directly or indirectly related to the use of Third-Party Services, the provided Service, or the use of the Services in general.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence and liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or altering your rights as a consumer that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. General

12.1. We may change these Terms from time to time. Each user will be informed within a reasonable period. The user will be subject to such changes when notified in our mobile applications and/or websites and/or by email. If you do not agree to these changes, you can close your account in accordance with clause 15.1.

By accepting these Terms, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
